President Pezeshkian says he’ll stand by his promise to lift internet curbs

“We stand by what we have said and we will deliver on our promises,” Pezeshkian told reporters on Tuesday.

Regarding internet restrictions, Iran’s Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Sattar Hashemi has collected the necessary data and presented a report this week, he said.

It was agreed that the Parliament, the Judiciary, and the ICT Ministry would follow up the issue, the president added.
